Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
Items without original packaging

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at ha18179434033@gmail.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
